This home features a walk-out basement, 5 bedrooms, an office/den and 3 bathrooms. The
master bath has two closets across from a sink and countertop then a separate room for
tub and toilet. There's also a walk-out deck off of the kitchen area to the back of the
house. The front walk-out deck you see in the picture below is off of the dining area. I have
to say this design is my favorite so far!

Daryll made some changes to the original
design. He changed the entrance to the
stairs so one didn't feel as if they'd fall down
them upon arriving into the house. He also
added some extra touches such as stained
wood trim throughout, floor lighted stairs
and a separate room for bathing in the
master bath. The family is thrilled with it
and tell him often!

Home #1 -- SOLD!

This is an ICF (insulated concrete
form) home. This is our 2nd time
building with
these forms. This particular home
doesn't have a basement in order to
stay in our targeted price range.
However, our first ICF home included
a walk-out basement.

The current owners are
amazed at the low cost ofthe heating
and cooling bills! Also, the amazing
sound barrier it provides is almost
